As a leading Colorado fitness studio offering Pilates, Yoga, and Climb classes, Transform needed more than a better-looking website. The business needed a digital experience that could clearly communicate its offerings, simplify the path to booking, and create a stronger foundation for paid media, SEO, and long-term customer acquisition.

The Challenge
The studio experience was strong, but the digital journey was limiting growth.
Transform had a compelling in-person experience, but the website needed to do a better job of translating that value online. The digital experience had to introduce new users to the brand, explain class offerings clearly, and remove friction around one of the most important actions in the customer journey: booking. For a fitness brand where convenience and momentum matter, even small UX issues could slow down sign-ups and reduce marketing efficiency.
The challenge also extended beyond the site itself. Transform needed a stronger foundation for growth after launch, including a platform that could support SEO visibility, paid campaign traffic, and conversion-focused landing experiences. The goal was to create a site that not only showcased the studio, but actively supported customer acquisition.
After launch, that website became the foundation for continued growth through paid media and SEO. Mariana Tek was integrated to streamline scheduling and booking, membership purchase functionality helped users take action online, and the overall experience was built to support scalable marketing campaigns. Blennd then extended the impact through ongoing digital marketing efforts that helped drive revenue, improve return on ad spend, and create a stronger system for attracting both first-time and returning customers.

The Design

The design direction combined clarity, energy, and a more elevated visual identity. Blennd created a modern interface that used engaging photography, video, subtle motion, and a distinctive palette of dark tones, black-and-white imagery, and yellow accents to create a brand experience that felt both premium and dynamic. The result gave Transform a more ownable digital presence and a look that better reflected the quality and energy of the studio itself.
Just as importantly, the experience was designed to perform. Navigation was simplified, class offerings were easier to explore, and booking pathways were brought into focus so users could move from interest to action more naturally. The responsive design ensured that the experience translated cleanly across desktop and mobile, helping Transform convert traffic more effectively across devices and giving paid and organic visitors a much stronger experience once they landed on the site.

Behind the experience, the Transform website was built to support both day-to-day usability and long-term growth. Key functionality included scheduling and booking integration through Mariana Tek, online membership purchase capabilities, and a scalable structure that could support future updates and continued optimization. The platform was designed to make critical business actions easier for users while giving Transform a more stable and capable digital foundation.
That foundation also improved marketing performance. The build supported stronger SEO readiness, cleaner content organization, and a more conversion-aware structure that could work alongside paid campaigns and offer-driven landing pages. Rather than functioning as a static marketing site, the platform became an active growth asset, helping Transform support awareness, bookings, repeat purchases, and revenue more efficiently over time.

The most important outcome was that Transform’s digital presence became a stronger growth engine for the business. Across paid media, offers, and conversion-focused digital experiences, the studio generated 719 initial customers and 343 memberships, demonstrating that the strategy was effective at attracting new users and converting them into ongoing customers. The “First Class Free” offer alone drove 594 initial customers, 290 repeat buyers, and $94,153.53 in revenue, making it a standout acquisition and onboarding driver.
From an investment standpoint, the returns were equally strong. Transform generated $129,315.78 in total revenue on $39,568.05 in total investment, resulting in a 226.82% ROI. Average cost per new customer came in at $46.90, while certain offers delivered exceptionally strong efficiency and value, including an 86.96% conversion rate and $783.22 average account value for Membership Lite.
Together, these results show that the work extended far beyond a redesign. It created a stronger digital growth system for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
