Project Overview
Rebuilding a complex website around clarity, conversion, and growth.
Active Release Techniques is a leading provider of non-invasive soft-tissue treatment, helping resolve strains, sprains, musculoskeletal disorders, and movement-related pain through a hands-on approach designed to restore function faster than traditional methods. The organization serves multiple audiences, including businesses seeking on-site workforce wellness programs, healthcare providers pursuing certification, and individuals looking for effective soft-tissue care.
Blennd partnered with Active Release Techniques to redesign and rebuild its website into a more modern, flexible, and conversion-focused platform. The goal was to simplify a complex offering, improve user experience across audience types, support lead generation, and give the internal team a website they could manage and evolve over time.

The Challenge
Simplifying a large website with multiple audiences and conversion paths.
ART’s existing website had strong SEO value and a deep library of information, but the experience had become too heavy, too duplicative, and difficult for users to navigate. The internal team needed a cleaner, lighter design that could tell the ART story more succinctly while supporting multiple business lines, including certifications, seminars, provider education, and corporate on-site wellness programs.
The site also needed to work harder as a growth tool. ART wanted to increase lead count, decrease cost per lead, and drive more conversions, especially through form fills, demo requests, newsletter signups, downloadable resources, and seminar registrations. At the same time, the new platform had to support critical integrations, including HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, ZoomInfo, Shopify, Stripe, Google Maps, SQL database functionality, and SmARTtrack.

The Solution
A clearer website system built around audience journeys and lead generation.
Blennd redesigned the ART website around clearer audience segmentation, sharper messaging, and more intentional conversion paths. The new structure helps businesses, providers, and individuals quickly find the information most relevant to them, without forcing every user through the same experience.
For the business audience, the site focuses on workplace injury prevention, workforce wellness, OSHA-related education, ROI, and on-site treatment outcomes. For providers, the experience supports certification, recertification, continuing education, and professional growth. For individuals, the site explains ART’s hands-on treatment approach in a more accessible and benefits-led way.
The platform was also built to support ART’s internal marketing workflow. Flexible WordPress components allow the team to create landing pages, add forms, feature blog content, manage global components, reuse CTA sections, and update content more efficiently. The site also includes advanced tools such as an ROI calculator, HubSpot-connected forms, provider search functionality, and structured resource pathways to help move users from education to action.

The Design
A lighter, more human brand experience built for conversion.
The design direction brought ART into a more modern digital expression while staying connected to the brand’s established purple and gold identity. Blennd used generous white space, soft gradients, rounded components, bold purple CTAs, and clean typography to make the experience feel lighter, more approachable, and easier to navigate.
The visual system balances clinical credibility with human impact. Treatment photography, practitioner imagery, workplace wellness visuals, and patient-focused moments help communicate that ART is not just a technique, but a hands-on solution that supports movement, recovery, performance, and quality of life.
Each page was designed to guide users toward the next best action. Demo CTAs, certification pathways, provider-focused content, downloadable resources, testimonials, industry cards, ROI tools, and lead forms are placed throughout the experience to support engagement without overwhelming the user. The result is a site that feels more polished, more usable, and more aligned with ART’s role as the gold standard in soft-tissue care.
The Results
A scalable website foundation for stronger engagement and conversion.
The redesigned ART website gives the organization a more flexible and conversion-focused digital platform to support its next phase of growth. Instead of relying on rigid templates and dense page content, the new site gives ART a modular system the internal team can update regularly across blogs, certifications, business pages, provider content, landing pages, and resources.
The new experience also strengthens ART’s ability to turn marketing traffic into meaningful action. Clearer audience pathways, stronger CTAs, HubSpot-connected forms, lead capture opportunities, an ROI calculator, and improved content organization all support the company’s goals of increasing leads, driving seminar registrations, and improving conversion performance.
Most importantly, the website now reflects the evolution of the ART brand. It communicates the value of Active Release Techniques with more clarity, presents the human impact of soft-tissue care more effectively, and gives the business a stronger digital foundation for continued growth across corporate wellness, provider certification, and patient education.
