Project Overview

A modern website for a fast-evolving Workday solutions company

Three Link is a Workday consulting and solutions partner focused on helping organizations implement, optimize, and scale their Workday environments. Founded in 2017, the company originally grew through staff augmentation, helping Workday customers access the right consultants when they needed additional support. As the business matured, Three Link expanded into broader service lines including Workday implementations, packaged solutions, post-go-live support, application management, and industry-specific offerings.

Blennd partnered with Three Link to redesign its website around the company’s next phase of growth. The goal was to move the brand beyond a basic brochure site and create a more strategic digital platform that could explain the company’s evolving services, support segmented buyer journeys, and help Three Link stand out in an increasingly crowded Workday partner ecosystem.

The Challenge

Moving from a dated website to a differentiated growth platform.

Three Link’s existing website no longer reflected the company’s business, strategy, or ambition. Leadership described the old site as dated, overly wordy, and more reflective of where the business had been three years earlier than where it was going next. It had been built largely as a brand presence, not a lead-generation or buyer education tool. As Three Link moved into more sophisticated offerings, the website had become a disconnect between what the sales team was saying in market and what prospects could validate online.

The competitive challenge was also significant. Three Link operates in a Workday ecosystem with a growing number of partners, increasing pressure to differentiate, and a mandate for partners to bring more pipeline to Workday. The company needed to communicate why it was more than another staff augmentation provider. It needed to show its expertise across deployment, post-go-live support, SMB Workday implementation, packaged solutions, healthcare, SLED, and other evolving industry verticals.

The Solution

A website system built around Workday buyer journeys.

Blennd restructured the website around the way Three Link’s buyers actually evaluate services. Instead of presenting one broad service narrative, the new site helps users self-identify based on where they are in their Workday journey. Prospects can quickly distinguish between implementing Workday for the first time, optimizing an existing Workday environment, exploring packaged solutions, or looking for industry-specific support.

The site strategy also supported Three Link’s larger go-to-market vision. The team needed a foundation that could eventually support more advanced buyer journeys, including packaged solutions, use cases, solution-based landing pages, and future marketing automation. During discovery, Three Link described a long-term vision where customers could move through the site more like a guided purchasing roadmap, selecting packages, watching demos, and engaging with solutions that matched their needs. The new site was designed as the first step toward that more scalable digital ecosystem.

Blennd also helped align the website with Three Link’s outbound and demand generation needs. The platform gives the sales team clearer destination pages, stronger positioning, more relevant service narratives, and content paths that can be used in follow-up, nurture, retargeting, and future paid campaigns.

The Design

A sharper brand experience built for clarity, trust, and scale.

The design direction brought more confidence, structure, and energy to the Three Link brand while preserving its recognizable blue and orange identity. The site uses bold navy panels, orange conversion accents, rounded content modules, strong headline typography, and people-focused photography to create a more polished and credible digital presence.

Because Three Link serves a complex B2B audience, the design needed to balance clarity with flexibility. Blennd created modular layouts for industry pages, solution pages, leadership sections, case study previews, testimonials, webinars, and conversion CTAs. This gives the site enough structure to feel cohesive while allowing Three Link to continue expanding content as new services, packaged solutions, and vertical-specific offerings come online.

The visual system also made the brand feel more consistent across the buyer journey. Early in the project, the team discussed the importance of carrying the new website style into sales materials, presentation templates, event graphics, email signatures, and other customer-facing assets. The website became the foundation for a more unified brand system that could support growth beyond the site itself.

The Results

A stronger digital foundation with measurable visibility and engagement gains.

The redesigned website gave Three Link a clearer platform for communicating its market position, supporting sales conversations, and building momentum around its evolving Workday solutions. Following launch, the site saw a 21% increase in total traffic, including a 16% lift in organic visits and a 65% increase in referral traffic. Page views increased by 5%, session starts increased by 20%, first visits increased by 17%, and total clicks increased by 241%.

Search visibility also improved. Three Link’s Semrush Authority Score increased from 15 to 23, organic keywords increased from 62 to 68, and Top 3-10 keyword positions nearly tripled from 7 to 19. AI visibility also increased to 27, showing early momentum in both traditional search and emerging discovery channels.

The new site also revealed the next phase of optimization. While traffic and clicks improved, form starts and submissions declined, creating a clear opportunity for CRO, user pathing, and mobile performance improvements. With the website foundation in place, Three Link now has the structure, visibility, and data needed to keep refining the journey, strengthen conversion paths, and support a more sophisticated go-to-market engine.
