The Challenge

Dataprise operated in a complex category with a broad set of services, products, and subject areas. That made it critical to ensure users were finding relevant content based on their needs, intent, and market. While the site had generated organic growth over time, the company wanted to improve website conversion rate and attract higher-quality leads, especially in a competitive business IT services landscape.
There was also a broader channel challenge. Dataprise wanted to complement its organic performance with paid traffic in a way that felt strategic, not fragmented. That meant identifying the right audiences, prioritizing the right geographies, and creating a more intentional acquisition strategy across SEO and paid media. The opportunity was not just to grow visits, but to build a more efficient and scalable demand generation system.
The Solution

Blennd began with a comprehensive site audit to identify where Dataprise was already performing well and where the biggest SEO opportunities existed. From there, we developed a targeted strategy focused on on-page optimization, technical improvements, metadata, structured data, keyword targeting, and new content creation aligned with the company’s goals. We also launched local SEO initiatives to improve visibility across key service areas and maintain consistent business listings across dozens of networks.
On the paid side, Blennd built a more intentional digital advertising strategy grounded in discovery, historical performance analysis, persona development, and KPI alignment. We identified new geographic markets, segmented campaigns based on opportunity, and created an omni-channel paid media approach using strict keyword targeting, custom intent audiences, and professionally designed creative. To improve performance over time, we established an ongoing optimization process that continuously refined budgets and targeting based on each stage of the funnel.
The Results
Significant gains in organic visibility, lead generation, and conversion performance.
The work drove meaningful gains across both organic and paid performance. On the SEO side, Dataprise achieved a 183% increase in organic traffic, growing from 4,776 sessions to 13,562 sessions. The number of organic keywords expanded from 838 to 3,464, representing 313% growth, while Top 3 keyword rankings increased from 66 to 201. Site health also improved from 59% to 76%, and Blennd identified and disavowed more than 1,225 toxic backlinks, helping strengthen trust and overall search performance.
Paid media performance also delivered strong business impact in a relatively short window. Monthly lead volume for core service offerings increased by 250% in 120 days, rising from 18 to 63 leads, while conversion rate improved by 52%, from 2.73% to 4.15%. Cost per lead dropped dramatically from $220.31 to $62.47, and the campaigns generated more than $500,000 in annual revenue opportunities over the course of 120 days. Together, these results reflect more than channel optimization alone. They show how a coordinated SEO and paid media strategy helped Dataprise build a stronger digital growth engine and continue expanding a partnership that is now more than five years strong.
