CorporateProject Overview
A digital transformation built to modernize the brand and drive more qualified engagement.
Moody Insurance is a family-owned insurance company serving Colorado’s front range with deep expertise across multiple industries. As the business evolved, its website no longer reflected the sophistication of its service offering or the strength of its reputation. The opportunity was not simply to refresh the visuals. It was to create a more strategic digital experience that could better showcase Moody’s capabilities, improve usability, and support stronger conversion performance.
Blennd partnered with Moody Insurance on a full digital transformation that included strategy, UX/UI design, custom web development, and ongoing digital marketing. The project focused on rethinking the customer journey, modernizing the brand online, improving technical performance, and creating a website that could function as a more effective growth tool for both organic and paid acquisition.

The Challenge
An outdated website was hurting engagement, speed, and business opportunity.
Moody’s original website was outdated, slow to load, and not aligned with the quality of service the company provides. That created immediate friction for users and likely contributed to higher bounce rates and lost opportunities. In a category where trust, clarity, and professionalism matter, the site needed to do a better job of establishing credibility and guiding prospects toward action.
There was also a deeper strategic challenge around structure and messaging. Moody serves clients across industries like construction, real estate, and energy, which meant the website needed to help different audiences quickly find the services and products most relevant to them. The old site was not organized well enough to support that journey. Blennd needed to create a clearer path through the site while also building a stronger foundation for SEO, paid media, and long-term digital performance.

The Solution
A people-first website and marketing strategy built around clarity, performance, and conversion.
Blennd began by getting to know Moody Insurance through discovery sessions focused on the current and future state of the business, competitive positioning, and design inspiration. That work informed a broader strategy built around unique service buckets, industries, and products, allowing the site structure to better match how users actually evaluate insurance solutions. The user experience was rebuilt so visitors could more easily choose the path that aligned with their needs and reach the right information with less friction.
Visually, the new design system reflected Moody’s Rocky Mountain roots through brighter colors, refreshed typography, and imagery centered on Colorado landscapes, customers, and community. The design brought more warmth and humanity into the brand while maintaining the professionalism expected from an established insurance partner. Clear calls to action, stronger form placements, and improved page flows helped move users more naturally toward inquiry.
On the development side, the build focused on both functionality and experience. Blennd integrated Cognito Forms to fit Moody’s internal workflow, implemented inline background video and UX animations to create a more dynamic browsing experience, and rebuilt the site on stronger technical foundations to improve speed and overall retention. Following launch, Blennd continued supporting Moody through paid media and SEO, including location-specific and industry-specific campaigns, ongoing technical SEO, page optimizations, and content growth.

The Results
Stronger conversion performance, stronger SEO health, and a better long-term growth engine.
The new Moody Insurance website delivered measurable gains in both conversion and search performance. Goal completions from ads increased by 828%, showing that the redesigned site and paid media strategy were working together to create a much stronger path from click to conversion. This was not just a design improvement. It was a meaningful lift in how effectively the website supported digital acquisition.
The site also built a stronger organic foundation. Six months after launch, Moody achieved a 96% SEO score, reflecting a technically healthier platform with stronger long-term search readiness. At the same time, the website saw an 88% increase in organic keywords, reinforcing that the redesign and ongoing SEO work were improving visibility across search. Together, those results point to a digital platform that is not only more modern and conversion-focused, but also more capable of supporting sustained growth over time.
