The business was evolving, the sales strategy was shifting toward more standardized solutions, and the digital experience needed to do a better job of helping prospects understand products, navigate the site, and take action.
Blennd partnered with KIOSK to rethink the experience from the ground up. The engagement included brand strategy, UX/UI design, custom web development, content restructuring, and a stronger SEO and conversion framework. The result was a more modern, scalable website designed to better reflect the business, improve usability, and create a stronger foundation for ongoing SEO, paid media, and qualified lead generation.

The Challenge
The website had traffic potential, but the experience was not built to maximize qualified demand.
KIOSK entered the project with a solid organic foundation. The SEO audit revealed strong traffic potential, low-competition keyword opportunities, and valuable performance across core market solutions pages. But the site itself was difficult to navigate, conversions were not being optimized effectively, and the broader user experience no longer matched the sophistication of the company or the direction of the business.
There was also a strategic shift underway. KIOSK was moving from a heavier emphasis on custom kiosk projects toward more standardized solutions, which meant the website needed to support a different kind of buying journey. Instead of simply presenting information, the site needed to help users compare products, explore use cases, and move through the funnel more intentionally. The ultimate goal was not just more leads, but more qualified leads that could translate into real sales opportunities.

The Solution
A redesigned website experience built around product exploration, SEO strength, and conversion quality.
Blennd began with in-depth discovery, research, and a full SEO audit to understand where the site was performing well and where the biggest opportunities existed. That strategy informed a complete brand and website refresh, including a new vision statement, updated brand pillars, voice and tone guidelines, and a more cohesive digital identity system that could create consistency across the company’s broader marketing efforts.
From there, the website was redesigned to support KIOSK’s new sales direction. The team created a more eCommerce-like browsing experience that made standardized products easier to explore and compare. Navigation was reorganized into clear silos including Solutions, Products & Services, About, and Resources, each supported by a stronger content hierarchy and clearer user flows. Market solutions content was preserved and strengthened, while product pages, footer contact forms, and improved pathways helped move prospects more naturally toward inquiry and conversion.
The development work also played an important role in performance. Blennd led custom photo and video direction at KIOSK headquarters to create more authentic visual assets, then optimized those assets carefully to protect speed and usability. The finished platform was designed not just as a visual refresh, but as a stronger digital foundation that could support ongoing SEO growth, paid traffic, conversion tracking, and sales-qualified lead generation.

The redesigned KIOSK website delivered a more modern and scalable digital platform built to support the company’s evolving business strategy. The experience became cleaner, easier to navigate, and better aligned with how users evaluate products and solutions. More importantly, it created a stronger bridge between traffic and lead generation by improving the user journey and giving prospects a more intuitive path to engage with the brand.
The business impact became clear in lead quality. More than 50% of KIOSK’s leads are now sales-qualified leads, reinforcing that the work is attracting not just more interest, but more relevant demand. With a goal of increasing qualified leads by 10% year over year, or 66 SQLs, KIOSK has already generated 104 SQLs year to date, reaching 157% of goal. Alongside that performance, the new site launched with a 92% site audit score, up 16% from the original audit, and introduced 20+ unique page designs across a platform of 160+ pages to support future SEO, paid media, and growth efforts.
