Insight Wealth Strategies is a boutique fiduciary RIA firm providing luxury financial planning and investment management services for high-net-worth pre-retirees and retirees. With offices in San Ramon, CA and Houston, TX, the firm recently surpassed $1 billion in assets under management and sought to elevate its digital presence to reflect its growth, reputation, and modern white-glove client experience.
Blennd partnered with Insight to completely redesign and rebuild their website from the ground up — delivering a modern, intuitive, and conversion-focused digital experience that positions Insight as a trusted guide in wealth management.

The Challenge
The brand had evolved, but the digital experience had not kept pace.
Insight’s previous website no longer reflected the level of trust, sophistication, and clarity expected from a leading fiduciary advisory firm. The visual design felt dated, the navigation had become cluttered, and the overall user experience did not align with the firm’s high-touch service model. While the site was still generating leads, too many of those leads were not the right fit, creating friction between traffic volume and lead quality.
The technical foundation also presented meaningful constraints. The aging Elementor setup and large number of plugins created performance, scalability, and maintenance concerns, while the internal marketing team needed a more flexible way to manage content without constant reliance on developers. At the same time, the site had built valuable SEO equity over time, so the redesign needed to preserve strong rankings while improving brand perception, usability, and conversion paths.

The Solution

Blennd approached the project as both a brand and performance opportunity. We restructured the website around Insight’s core audiences, creating a clearer information architecture and more intentional user journeys that aligned with how prospective clients evaluate wealth management partners. A new “Who We Serve” framework helped visitors quickly identify themselves and find the services and guidance most relevant to their stage of life and financial goals.
The site was then rebuilt on a custom WordPress framework using Advanced Custom Fields, replacing Elementor entirely. This created a more stable, performant, and scalable platform while giving Insight’s internal marketing team greater control over content updates through flexible, reusable block templates. The result was a stronger technical foundation paired with a more strategic digital experience, one designed to support ongoing growth without compromising speed, flexibility, or SEO performance.

The design direction drew inspiration from Insight’s lighthouse brand symbol, a visual metaphor for helping clients navigate uncertainty with confidence. That idea shaped a digital experience built around trust, sophistication, and calm authority. Deep navy and slate tones were paired with warm gold and amber accents to create a visual system that felt elevated and approachable, balancing premium aesthetics with emotional warmth.
Large-scale layouts, refined typography, and carefully considered visual storytelling helped create a more immersive first impression throughout the site. The interface was designed to feel polished and intuitive, while reinforcing the firm’s position as a modern, relationship-driven fiduciary. Every element worked together to better reflect the offline Insight experience online, creating a stronger sense of alignment between brand perception, user experience, and conversion intent.
