7Factor is a premier software consulting firm that helps companies build scalable, secure, and high-quality software through expert engineering teams and a human-centered consulting approach. Founded in 2016, the company specializes in product development, cloud services, technology consulting, mobile applications, and platform engineering for organizations in industries such as healthcare, financial services, education, sports and entertainment, and more.
Blennd partnered with 7Factor to redesign its website into a clearer, more modern platform that better reflected the company’s technical depth, consulting value, and differentiated approach to software delivery. The goal was to help prospects quickly understand what 7Factor does, why quality engineering matters, and how the company helps teams build better software with greater confidence.

The Challenge
Clarifying a complex offering in a crowded software consulting market.
7Factor’s previous website had a clean brand foundation, but the experience had become too noisy and difficult to scan. The site did not immediately communicate who 7Factor was, what the company specialized in, or what made its approach different from other software consultancies and development shops. The team also needed stronger case study presentation, clearer service organization, better usability, and a backend that was easier to manage over time.
The market challenge was equally important. 7Factor needed to educate prospects on the value of quality engineering over cheaper short-term fixes, help non-technical stakeholders understand technical decisions, and stand out in a saturated space of software firms that often sound similar. The new website needed to position 7Factor as a strategic consulting partner, not an order-taking development vendor.

The Solution
A service and industry-driven website built around buyer understanding.
Blennd restructured the website around the way 7Factor’s buyers evaluate software partners. The new experience clearly separates core offerings, industries, case studies, resources, company information, and partners so users can quickly find the path most relevant to their needs.
Service pages were designed to explain 7Factor’s capabilities across areas like engineering autoscaling, staff augmentation, productization, cloud services, mobile applications, and product development. Industry pages give the team a flexible structure to speak directly to vertical-specific challenges, use cases, and proof points. Case studies were rebuilt as a stronger proof engine, making it easier to showcase real-world outcomes, client categories, technical solutions, and measurable impact.
The site also supports 7Factor’s internal marketing and sales process. Prospects can move from education to action through simplified forms, clearer CTAs, case study pathways, resource content, and partner pages. The platform was also built with flexible WordPress components so the 7Factor team could make regular updates across services, industries, case studies, resources, and conversion sections without relying on a developer for every change.


The Design
A bold, technical brand experience with a more polished user journey.
The design direction pushed 7Factor’s brand into a more premium, confident, and differentiated space. Blennd used a dark navy visual system, bold typography, soft blue and orange accents, rounded cards, motion-ready components, and strong photography to create a site that feels modern, technical, and approachable.
The homepage was designed to immediately communicate 7Factor’s role as a product development partner, while giving users fast access to core offerings. Interactive service cards, problem-solution sections, logo proof, case study previews, and conversion CTAs create a more guided path through the experience. During the design review, the 7Factor team specifically called out the cleaner, sleeker direction and the improved ability to communicate who they are, what they do, and what they are good at.
The internal page system was designed for scale. Blennd created reusable templates for service pages, industry pages, case studies, resources, company pages, careers, contact, and partner content. The structure prevents dead ends by guiding visitors toward related services, relevant case studies, FAQs, resources, and next-step CTAs throughout the site.
The Results
A stronger website foundation with major gains in organic traffic and conversions.
The redesigned website gave 7Factor a clearer platform for lead generation, buyer education, and long-term growth. In the first measured post-launch period, organic traffic increased by 63%, total traffic increased by 5%, referral traffic increased by 45%, and page views increased by 31%. Engagement also improved, with user engagement up 73%, scroll events up 61%, and average engagement time per active user up 41%.
Conversion performance improved significantly. Form submissions increased by 467%, form starts increased by 575%, email clicks increased by 100%, and phone clicks increased from zero to two. Google Search Console performance also strengthened, with clicks increasing from 221 to 446, CTR improving from 1.3% to 2.7%, and average position improving from 23 to 10.6.
The new website now gives 7Factor a more strategic digital presence that better supports its positioning, sales process, and growth goals. It helps prospects understand the value of quality engineering, explore relevant services and industries, validate the team’s expertise through case studies, and take action through clearer conversion paths.
