Designing the Leading Platform for Dental Staffing
GoTu (formerly TempMee) is a fast-growing digital marketplace connecting dental professionals with dental offices for temporary and permanent staffing. With over $20M in ARR and plans for national expansion, GoTu partnered with Blennd to redesign its platform and create a scalable, conversion-optimized digital experience. The objective was to deliver a robust, SEO-friendly, and user-focused website that supports GoTu’s dual audiences — empowering dental professionals to find flexible shifts while helping offices fill staffing needs faster. The result was a modern website design for dentists with dual-path UX and an SEO strategy that increased keyword rankings by 58% and Top 3 results by 150% within four months of launch.

A Platform Ready to Scale — But Held Back by Its Website
Before the redesign, GoTu’s website struggled with both technical and strategic issues. The backend was unstable due to heavy code-stacking, making updates difficult and risky. The user experience was unintuitive — all new visitors were directed to login pages rather than tailored sign-up journeys, creating friction in conversion. Additionally, content overload and a cluttered navigation diluted key messaging, while SEO visibility plateaued despite strong brand growth. The site’s design no longer reflected GoTu’s innovative, trusted position in the dental staffing industry.

Blennd rebuilt GoTu’s website from the ground up, delivering a modern, high-performance platform hosted on Kinsta, powered by WordPress and ACF, and fully integrated with HubSpot for lead capture and marketing automation.
We designed two distinct user journeys — one for Dental Offices (focused on posting and filling shifts quickly) and another for Dental Professionals (focused on flexibility, freedom, and income opportunities). Key improvements included:
- Clear CTAs: “Find Shifts” and “Post a Job” replaced generic login buttons.
- SEO-first architecture: Technical optimization, schema integration, and restructured content hierarchy.
- Custom ROI Calculator: Empowering dental offices to measure staffing cost efficiency.
- Engaging visuals: Lifestyle photography, app animations, and refined brand UI.
This approach not only modernized GoTu’s online presence but also built a foundation for sustainable growth across both user segments.

Massive SEO Growth and Improved Conversion Performance
Following the launch, GoTu experienced significant gains in SEO visibility and keyword rankings. Between May 16, 2025 (pre-launch) and September 25, 2025 (post-launch):
- Total ranking keywords increased from 2,792 to 4,411 (+58%)
- Top 3 rankings grew from 52 to 130 (+150%)
- Page-one positions (Top 10) rose from 256 to 625 (+144%)
- AI Overview placements and SERP features nearly doubled
