Blennd is looking for a Social Paid Media Contractor to execute, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media channels by building campaigns, manage budgets, and identify opportunities across all channels.

/ Responsibilities Include
  • Execute, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media channels by building campaigns, manage budgets, and identify opportunities across all channels.
  • Collaborate directly with team lead on campaign build and optimization: strategies, execution, and creative direction
  • Be able to review metrics in business manager and offer up solutions when campaigns are not performing well. By the same token ask for additional budget when campaigns are performing well and budgets need to be increased.
  • Adhere to project hours & scope requirements, timelines, and tracking of all time appropriately
/ EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / ABILITY
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, IG, LinkedIn. Experience in Snap, TikTok, etc are a bonus
  • Understanding of the iOS update and the impact on conversion actions. Bonus if you have done the Facebook iOS migration.
  • Experience with different campaign types and how they fit into the sales funnel.
  • Experience with ecommerce accounts (*plus)
  • Lead gen and e-commerce experience combined (*plus)
  • Experience working with other paid platforms such as Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising (**plus)
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Hubspot, Slack) (**plus)
  • Agency experience is a plus but not required
/ REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to be a self-starter & self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Multitasking & time management skills are a must
  • Highly organized with attention-to-detail and consistency
  • Isn’t afraid to ask difficult questions
  • Strong 2-way communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage project timelines

Job Type: Contract / part-time position
Weekly Hours: 5-10 hours
