We are looking for a part time, contract Project Manager to assist in the setup and execution of projects for assigned client accounts across all service lines: website design, website development, digital marketing, branding and strategy.

This role is responsible for executing plans with the Director of Operations, organizing, and setting up projects, identifying appropriate resources, assigning and overseeing the completion of tasks, communicating with clients, and leading internal project teams. This also includes working within and monitoring timelines, budgets, quality of work, and client satisfaction to ensure all projects are completed within established schedules and budgets — driving successful projects and client relationships from kick-off to launch and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working with project management in digital advertising, web design and paid media.

We are looking for 10 - 20 hours / week with the option to grow into 20 - 30 hours / week or more when available.

/ Responsibilities
  • Assist in the contract review and project setup in Harvest within 48 hours of contract signing, including setting up budgets, tasks and invoices. Must understand project scopes in order to properly define and execute deliverables with the project team.
  • Assist in the management of  the workflow, resources and communication (internal and external) of all assigned accounts, ensuring projects are effectively planned, well organized and executed.
  • Assist in the management of  all lines of service for assigned accounts, including strategy, website design and development, SEO, paid media and other marketing or creative services
  • Help identify resource requirements and align the project team on the overall scope
  • Oversee project tasks to ensure due dates are met both internally and externally
  • Attend standups and meetings with the project teams to ensure ongoing efficiency and proper alignment of project and resource goals.
  • Attend all monthly client meetings and create assignments and allocated assignments to the proper budget based on call notes.
  • Communicate with all team members in all phases of project development by ensuring all disciplines are kept abreast of action items, feedback, next steps, conference/meeting notes, project developments, project status and direction, etc.
  • Quickly follow up with stakeholders with the next steps from each meeting.
  • Manage multiple integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously and investigate and understand project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations
  • Accountable to the Director of Operations and is expected to provide timely verbal and written updates upon request
  • Follow all approved operational processes and process improvements to increase team efficiency  and ensure cross-team operations run smoothly
  • Contribute to the growth of operational processes by sharing ideas to improve effectiveness, efficiency and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the culture at Blennd by actively participating in conversations and company initiatives
/ Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with project management in digital advertising, website design / development, paid media or digital agency environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Contract / part time position
Weekly Hours:  10 – 20 hours per week, with options to increase hours when available
Compensation:  Compensation will range from $25 – 35 / hr on contract, depending on experience
Location:  Remote within the United States
